This past weekend we went camping in a town in CT called Bozrah. I am not a big outdoorsy girl but with a husband and two boys, I have to give in sometimes. We have a little pop-up camper. Usually we camp close to home so I get to take off and sleep in my own bed but not this time. Anyway ...it was a beautiful area I had never been to. Unfortunately, on Sunday it rained most of the day. I did take a few pictures of the beginning of the Fall foliage here (in the rain). The last picture is my 9 year old in the heated pool at the campground. The temp outside was in the high 40's. Yikes!

Beleive it or not, I know where Bozrah is! I used to live 20 minutes north in Sterling. We had a campground on our street too.
It was always a joke at my house that people spent good money to vacation with us!
I was born and raised in CT and next time I visit family you are on my aganda!

Oh, the table and chairs are darling. I just love that look. It looks like it took a lot of work...and a sale the same day! Good going!! P.S. the pictures of the lake are beautiful.

Great pictures of the fall. NE is so beautiful. Totally froze thinking of your son in the pool at 40 outside. Even if it was heated, I'm still freezing thinking about it!

The leaves are so pretty. Yikes 40 degrees. Your son definitely is brave. The heated pool is ok but getting out of it would be a killer!
The table and chairs turned out great and good it was sold so quickly.
